Quality control system
Nanshan has a excellent quality control system. The process includes self check, process sampling and final inspection. Our control system needs check each stage, and will not let any unqualified products to customers.
Advanced equipment
Our company owns the most advanced equipments in the printing industry, includes newest KBA Rapida1050 five-color pringting presses, Heidelberg CD102 two-color printing presses, high precision automatic die cutting machine and automatic paste box machine etc. We satisfy customers’ harsh demands on manufacture process and delivery speed.
Strict control
The products must be checked the quantity and inspected the quality of products when products transmitted to next process in every procedure from printing process to final put in storage. Responsibility is assumed by the responsible person of the process if they have not find the defect of quality or missing number and inform the quality control department the first time.
Staff training
All staff must accept training before work and technically training on work. Operation must be strictly according to the position of the "work instruction", "quality manual" operation. Staffs of company should read the job order carefully before operation. And they should do production in strict accordance with the requirements of the product process and quality standards from their first products. Staffs should make approval sample standard according to products demands and types. Our company requires our managerial staff should sign samples through every kinds of products and every process. And the examine standard should be on the basis of quality of signed samples.
Rewards and punishments institution
Design quality assessment norm base on the difficulty and complex degree of process. Our company raise standards to every workshop according to the qualified rate and mass loss rate. And the standards would implement every month with the rewards and punishments institution. Quality inspection department should distinguish responsibility to punish by economic according to serious or not.
