The actual printing fee for printing house. It includes boot charge, PS plate printing, papers. The payment depends on products standard and quantity. The standards of papers to use on machines divided into 8K, 4K, half-piece, the whole piece and etc. We will use different standards equipments for printing according to different papers. So the payment depends on the kind and the standard of the using paper.
Post press fee includes treatment of printing surface, like gold blocking, concave-convex, embossing, lustering, pressing polish, laminating and others manufacture methods. Post press fee also includes other items fee like die cutting, bookbinding, paperhanging, pasting box, packaging, transportation. The total payment depends on different production process.
The quantity is a very important factor of the quotation. But some costs are fixed, and will not be lower with the reduction of quantity. So the greater the amount of printing, the lower the cost of the unit. Our company can make quotation according to several quantity. Customers can confirm the quantity according their requirements and costs.
